CHAP. 564.— An Act For the relief of Elizabeth H. Rice. March 4, 1925.[[S. 40](/us/bill/68/s/40).][[Private, No. 248](/us/pvtl/68/248).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Eliazbeth H. Rice.Payment of findings of Court of Claims to.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Elizabeth H. Rice, or her executors or administrators, the sum of $42,233.78, in compliance with the findings of the Court of Claims in the case of Elizabeth H.
Rice against The United States, Congressional numbered 13689; and also in full of all claims and demands arising out of the transaction referred to in said finding of the Court of Claims. Approved, March 4, 1925.
