CHAP. 55.— An Act For the relief of John W. Dilks. January 7, 1925.[[H. R. 7296](/us/bill/68/hr/7296).][[Private, No. 95](/us/pvtl/68/95).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John W. Dilks.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, John W. Dilks, who was a private of Company E, Seventy-second Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on or about the 29th day *Proviso*.No prior pension, etc.of August, 1862: *Provided*, That no pension, pay, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
