CHAP. 537.— An Act For the relief of First Lieutenant John I. Conroy. March 4, 1925.[[H. R. 5143](/us/bill/68/hr/5143).][[Public, No. 612](/us/pl/68/612).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the PresidentMarine Corps.John I. Conroy may be promoted a captain, retired. be, and he is hereby, authorized to appoint First Lieutenant John I. Conroy, United States Marine Corps, retired, who served during the World War in the United States Marine Corps, and was wounded in action, a captain on the retired list of the Marine Corps, with the rank and retired pay of that rank from the date of the passage of this Act.
