CHAP. 528.— An Act To authorize the building of a bridge across the Santee River in South Carolina. March 4, 1925.[[S. 4209](/us/bill/68/s/4209).][[Public, No. 603](/us/pl/68/603).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the State HighwaySantee River.South Carolina may bridge, near Poplar Landing. Department, of South Carolina be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain and operate a highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Santee River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the mouth or Poplar Landing, between the counties of Clarendon and Orangeburg, South Carolina, in accordanceConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of an Act entitled, “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 4, 1925.
