R. 4432](/us/bill/68/hr/4432).][[Private, No. 92](/us/pvtl/68/92).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secre-Orville Paul.Payment to guardian of, for personal injuries.1542tary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to Jennie Kingston, the legal guardian of Orville Paul, the sum of $2,500, in full settlement for personal injuries sustained by Orville Paul by reason of the explosion of a bomb under the direction of the war-loan organization of the eighth Federal reserve district in connection with the Victory loan drive at De Soto, Missouri.
