CHAP. 518.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to sell and patent to William G. Johnson certain lands in Louisiana. March 3, 1925.[[H. R. 9027](/us/bill/68/hr/9027).][[Private, No. 245](/us/pvtl/68/245).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William G. Johnson.Sale to, of lands in Louisiana. That upon the payment to the United States of $1.25 per acre the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized to issue patent to William G.
Johnson to lot 3, section 18, township 19 north, range 11 east, Louisiana meridian, situated in East Carroll Parish, Louisiana: *Proviso*.Application and payment.*Provided*, That payment be made and application filed hereunder in the district land office within six months after the approval of this Act, and that no adverse claim thereto be officially of record as pending when the application is allowed and the sale consummated.
