CHAP. 508.— An Act Authorizing the Department of State to deliver to the Honorable Henry D. Clayton, district judge of the United States for the middle and northern districts of Alabama, and permitting him to accept the decoration and diploma presented by the Government of France. March 3, 1925.[[S. 4032](/us/bill/68/s/4032).][[Private, No. 235](/us/pvtl/68/235).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry D.
Clayton.May accent decoration and diploma from France. That Henry D. Clayton, United States district judge for the middle and northern 1591districts of Alabama, be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the decoration and diploma of Chevalier of the Legion of Honor tendered to him by the Government of the French Republic, and the Department of State is hereby authorized to deliver to him the said decoration and diploma.
