CHAP. 501.— An Act For the relief of James E. Jenkins. March 3, 1925.[[S. 2879](/us/bill/68/hr/2879).][[Private, No. 228](/us/pvtl/68/228).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James E. Jenkins.Reimbursement to, for excise tax, etc. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to James E. Jenkins, Reno, Nevada, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $30.55, to reimburse him for money expended for excise tax on automobile purchased by authority of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and tax on freight upon automobile. Approved, March 3, 1925.
