R. 4807](/us/bill/68/hr/4807).][[Public, No. 39](/us/pl/68/39).] *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the consentWest Pearl River.Louisiana may bridge. of Congress is hereby granted to the State Highway Commission of Louisiana to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge andLocation. approaches thereto across the West Pearl River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, approximately one mile north of Pearl River station in the State of Louisiana, and in accordance with theConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 11, 1924.
