CHAP. 5.— An Act To extend the time for the completion of the construction of a bridge across the Columbia River between the States of Oregon and Washington at or within two miles westerly from Cascade Locks in the State of Oregon. That the time for the completion of the construction of a bridge and approaches thereto across the Columbia River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near a point within two miles westerly from Cascade Locks, in the county of Hood River, State of Oregon, authorized by the Act of Congress approved February 3, 1920, is hereby extended to February 15, 1926. Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 30, 1924.
