CHAP. 497.— An Act For the relief of Rubie M. Mosley. March 3, 1925.[[S. 1725](/us/bill/68/s/1725).][[Private, No. 224](/us/pvtl/68/224).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Ruble M. Mosley.Payment to, for personal injuries.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Rubie M. Mosley, of San Antonio, Texas, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $5,000 in full settlement of her claim against the Government of the United States for injuries received by her by being run over and seriously injured For death of mother.and for the death of her mother, Emma H.
Mosley, who was killed by an automobile driven by an enlisted man of the United States Army, the automobile being in the use of Colonel Morton, the commander of the Government arsenal at San Antonio, Texas, on November 17, 1917. Approved, March 3, 1925.
