CHAP. 493.— An Act For the relief of Josiah Frederick Dose. March 3, 1925.[[H. R. 1415](/us/bill/68/hr/1415).][[Private, No. 220](/us/pvtl/68/220).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Josiah Frederick Dose.Military record corrected. That in the administration of all laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Josiah Frederick Dose shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as private, Second Regiment California Volunteer Cavalry, at the close of the Civil War:
Proviso.No back pay, etc.*Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or pension shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this bill. Approved, March 3, 1925.
