CHAP. 491.— An Act For the relief of Eugene K. Stoudemire. March 3, 1925.[[S. 1323](/us/bill/68/s/1323).][[Private, No. 207](/us/pvtl/68/218).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Eugene K. Stoudemire.Payment to, for personal injuries.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to 1586Eugene K. Stoudemire the sum of $1,500 as compensation and in full settlement against the Government, for the loss of an eye on August 3, 1915, while in the discharge of his duty as an engineer on the towboat Alabama in the river and harbor service of the Government.
