CHAP. 49.— An Act For the relief of Cornelia M. A. Tower. January 7, 1925.[[H. R. 3504](/us/bill/68/hr/3504).][[Private, No. 89](/us/pvtl/68/89).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Cornelia M. A. Tower.Payment to, for death of husband.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Cornelia M. A. Tower, widow of Morton L. Tower, late an assistant engineer in the Engineer Department at Large, the sum of $3,000 out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as full compensation for the death of her husband, which occurred as the result of an accident and without negligence on his part while he was engaged in the performance of his duties as such assistant engineer.
