CHAP. 454.— An Act To authorize the States of Indiana and Illinois in the States of Indiana and Illinois to construct a bridge across the Wabash River at the city of Mount Carmel, Wabash County, Illinois, and connecting Gibson County, Indiana. March 3, 1925.[[S. 4307](/us/bill/68/s/4307).][[Public, No. 572](/us/pl/68/572).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Wabash River.Illinois and Indiana may bridge, Mount Carmel, 111.United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the State of Illinois and the State of Indiana are hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Wabash River from a point in the city of Mount Carmel, Wabash County, Illinois, to a point in Gibson County, in the State of Indiana, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation in accordance with Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, March 3, 1925.
