CHAP. 445.— An Act To authorize the building of a bridge across the Catawba River in South Carolina March 3, 1925.[[S. 4211](/us/bill/68/s/4211).][[Public, No. 563](/us/pl/68/563).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the State Catawba River.South Carolina may bridge, Fort Lawn, S. C.Highway Department of South Carolina be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain and operate a highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Catawba River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the town of Fort Lawn, between the counties of Chester and Lancaster, South Carolina, in accordance Construction.with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the Vol. 34, p. 84.construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 3, 1925.
