CHAP. 444.— An Act To authorize the building of a bridge across the Congaree River in South Carolina March 3, 1925.[[S. 4210](/us/bill/68/s/4210).][[Public, No. 562](/us/pl/68/562).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Congaree River.South Carolina may bridge, Columbia. That the State Highway Department of South Carolina be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Congaree River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the city of Columbia, between the counties of Richland and Lexington, South Carolina, in accordance Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regu-1127late the construction of bridges over navigable waters.” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, March 3, 1925.
