CHAP. 440.— An Act For the exchange of lands in the Custer National Forest, Montana. March 3, 1925.[[S. 3666](/us/bill/68/s/3666).][[Public, No. 558](/us/pl/68/558).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That lands of the Custer National Forest, Mont.Exchange of withdrawn coal lands for.Vol. 42, p. 465.United States within the Custer National Forest, Montana, which have been withdrawn or classified as coal lands or are valuable for coal, may be exchanged under the provisions of the Act of March 20, 1922 (Forty-second Statutes at Large, page 465), with a reservation to the United States of the coal in such lands and of the right to prospect for, mine, and remove the same.
