Steadman appointed a Manager. Steadman, of California, be, and he is hereby, appointed a member of the Board of Managers of the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers of the United States, to fill the unexpired term of Henry H. Markham, deceased. Approved, February 29, 1924.
