CHAP. 432.— An Act To provide for the permanent withdrawal of a certain forty-acre tract of public land in New Mexico for the use and benefit of the Navajo Indians. March 3, 1925.[[H. R. 11360](/us/bill/68/hr/11360).][[Public, No. 550](/us/pl/68/550).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Navajo Indians, N. Mex. That the following described tract in the State of New Mexico, temporarily withdrawn 1115from settlement, entry, sale, or other disposition until March 5, 1927, Tract permanently withdrawn for use of.by presidential order dated October 24, 1924, in aid of proposed legislation, be, and it hereby is, permanently withdrawn for the use and benefit of Navajo Indians residing in that immediate vicinity:
