CHAP. 415.— An Act Appropriating money for the relief of the Clallam Tribe of Indians in the State of Washington, and for other purposes. March 3, 1925.[[S. 1707](/us/bill/68/s/1707).][[Public, No. 633](/us/pl/68/633).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Clallam Indians, Wash.Per capita to enrolled members of. That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of moneys in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $400,000, to be paid per capita to the Clallam Indians of the State of Washington upon enrollment of said Indians to be made under the direction of and to be approved by the Secretary of the Interior: *Provisos*.Relinquishment of all claims required.*Provided*, That before payment to the individual Indians they shall relinquish in writing all claims of any nature against the United States under any treaty, agreement, or Act of Congress, and agree to accept such payment in full satisfaction of any and all claims whatsoever against the United States: *Provided further*, That the shares of minor children shall be retained in the Treasury of the United States, where they shall draw interest at the rate of 4 per centum per annum until such minors reach the age of majority under the laws of the State of Washington, after which such minors shall be paid their shares upon application to the Secretary of the Interest may be paid to parents.Interior: *And provided further*, That the interest accumulated at the end of any fiscal year to the credit on the shares of any minor child may be disbursed, under the direction of the Secretary of the Interior, to the parent or parents or guardians of such minor child Allowance to attorneys.or children: *And provided further*, That not more than $15,000 thereof, shall be paid to the attorney employed by the tribe under contract approved by the Secretary of the Interior.
