R. 5759](/us/bill/68/hr/5759).][[Private, No. 212](/us/pvtl/68/212).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James F. Abbott.Payment to. That there be paid, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,302 to James F. Abbott, commercial attaché to the embassy at Tokyo, Japan, to compensate him in full for all claims he may have against the United States arising out of expenses incurred on an official trip of investigation to eastern Siberia during 1921.
