CHAP. 404.— An Act To pay to Jere Austill fees earned as United States commissioner. March 2, 1925.[[H. R. 4913](/us/bill/68/hr/4913).][[Private, No. 210](/us/pvtl/68/210).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Jere Austill.Payment of fees, as commissioner, district court.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Jere Austill, the sum of $772.35 for fees earned as United States commissioner for the southern district of Alabama during the year 1922. Approved, March 2, 1925.
