CHAP. 402.— An Act For the relief of W. H. King. March 2, 1925.[[S. 2503](/us/bill/68/s/2503).][[Private, No. 208](/us/pvtl/68/208).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary W. H. King.Reimbursement to.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to W. H. King, former United States marshal for the district of South Dakota, the sum of $421.33 for reimbursement on account of the payment of a judgment rendered against him for an act done under color of his office.
