R. 1569](/us/bill/68/hr/1569).][[Private, No. 207](/us/pvtl/68/207).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Andrew A. Gieriet.Reimbursement to.of the Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Andrew A. Gieriet, former captain Company D, Four hundred and eighth Telegraph Battalion, United States Army, the sum of $484.75, being the amount of money paid by said Andrew A.
Gieriet from private funds because of loss of public funds through theft. Approved, March 2, 1925.
