CHAP. 40.— An Act To authorize the States of Alabama and Georgia, through their respective highway departments, to construct and maintain a bridge across the Chattahoochee River at or near Eufaula, Alabama, connecting Barbour County, Alabama, and Quitman County, Georgia. February 27, 1924.[[H. That the States of Alabama and Georgia, through their respective highway departments, be, and are hereby, authorized to construct and maintain a bridge and approaches thereto across the Chattahoochee River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Eufaula, Alabama, connecting Barbour County, Alabama, and Quitman County, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.Georgia, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 27, 1924.
