CHAP. 399.— An Act For the relief of the De Kimpke Construction Company, of West Hoboken, New Jersey. March 2, 1925.[[S. 970](/us/bill/68/s/970).][[Private, No. 205](/us/pvtl/68/205).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, De Kimpke Construction Company.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the De Kimpke Construction Company, of West Hoboken, New Jersey, the sum of $5,655.69 in full settlement of damages suffered by reason of the withdrawal by the Navy Department in November, 1918, of the award of contract to said company for the construction of an oxidation absorption building at the naval proving ground, Indianhead, Maryland.
