CHAP. 385.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the commissioners of McKean County, Pennsylvania, to construct a bridge across the Allegheny River. March 2, 1925.[[H. R. 11978](/us/bill/68/hr/11978).][[Public, No. 516](/us/pl/68/516).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Allegheny River.McKean County, Pa., may bridge, near Larabee. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the commissioners of McKean County, Pennsylvania, and their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Allegheny River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at a location approximately one mile south of Larabee, in the county Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.of McKean, in the State of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1925.
