CHAP. 384.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Pend d’Oreille River at or near the Newport-Priest River Road crossing, Washington and Idaho. March 2, 1925.[[H. R. 11706](/us/bill/68/hr/11706).][[Public, No. 515](/us/pl/68/515).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Pend d’Oreille River.Washington and Idaho may bridge, at Newport-Priest River Road crossing. That the States of Washington and Idaho, or either of them, or any political subdivision or subdivisions thereof, or their assigns, are hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Pend d’Oreille Biver at a point suitable to the interests of navigation Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.at or near the Newport-Priest River Road crossing, Washington and Idaho, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1925.
