Rogers, Navy.May accept decoration from Venezuela. That Fred F. Rogers, commander, United States Navy, be authorized to accept diploma and decoration of the Order of the Bust of Bolivar conferred upon him by the Venezuelan Government, on the occasion of the visit of the American Ambassador Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary Buchanan, who was sent to Venezuela in the Dolphin in 1908 to negotiate the settlement of Venezuela’s foreign loans; said decoration issued to “Ensign Fred F.
Rogers, United States Navy, United States ship Dolphin.” Approved, February 28, 1925.
