CHAP. 382.— An Act For the relief of Lena Garagnon Owens. June 7, 1924.[[H. R. 2647](/us/bill/68/hr/2647).][[Private, No. 54](/us/pvtl/68/54).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Lena Garagnon Owens.Payment to, for damages, etc.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to Lena Garagnon Owens, of San Antonio, Texas, out of any money not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $3,819.50, in full settlement of her claim against the Government of the United States for damages done to her property and personal injuries sustained through being run down in the streets of San Antonio, Texas, on April 25, 1913, by a section of Battery B, United States Artillery, from Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
