CHAP. 376.— An Act To authorize the creation of game refuges on the Ozark National Forest in the State of Arkansas. February 28, 1925.[[H. R. 12192](/us/bill/68/hr12192/).][[Public, No. 514](/us/pl/68/514).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the PresidentOzark National Forest, Ark.Game refuges authorized in. of the United States is hereby authorized to designate such national forest lands within the Ozark National Forest, within the State of Arkansas, as should, in his discretion, be set aside for the protection of game animals, birds, or fish; and whoever shall hunt, catch, trap,Punishment for unauthorized hunting, etc. willfully disturb, or kill any kind of game animal, game or non-game, bird, or fish, or take the eggs of any such bird on any lands so set aside, or in or on the waters thereof, except under such general rules and regulations as the Secretary of Agriculture may from time to time prescribe, shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both: *Provided*, That no lands*Proviso.*Lands excluded. within the present limits of the fourth congressional district shall be included in such designation.
