That, on and after July 1, 1924, the powers and duties heretofore conferred upon the Governor of Alaska by existing law for the protection of wild game animals and wild birds in Alaska are hereby conferred upon and shall be Appropriations available.exercised by the Secretary of Agriculture; and all money available *Ante*, p. 428.or appropriated in any Act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1925, Vol. 35, p. 104.for carrying into effect the Act approved May 11, 1908, entitled “An Act for the protection of game in Alaska and for other purposes,” including salaries, traveling expenses of game wardens all other necessary expenses, is hereby transferred to the credit of the Department of Agriculture to be expended by the Secretary of Agriculture for such purposes.
