CHAP. 364.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the States of Alabama and Georgia, through their respective highway departments, to construct and maintain a bridge across the Chattahoochee River, at or near Alaga, Alabama, connecting Houston County, Alabama, and Early County, Georgia. R. 9457](/us/bill/68/hr/9457).][[Public, No. 286](/us/68/pl/286).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * ThatChattahoochee River.Alabama and Georgia may bridge, Alaga, Ala. the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the States of Alabama and Georgia, through their respective highway departments, to664construct and maintain a bridge and approaches thereto across the Chattahoochee River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Alaga, Alabama, connecting Houston County, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.Alabama, and Early County, Georgia, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 7, 1924.
