CHAP. 362.— An Act For the relief of John J. Dobbertin. February 27, 1925.[[H. R. 8169](/us/bill/68/hr/8169).][[Public, No. 500](/us/pl/68/500).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Marine Corps.John J. Dobbertin may be appointed marine gunner, and retired. That the President of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to appoint John J. Dobbertin, former marine gunner, United States Marine Corps, in which grade he served honorably during the World War, a marine gunner in the United States Marine Corps, and to retire him and place him on the retired list of the United States Marine Corps as a marine gunner with retired pay of that grade, in accordance with the provisions of existing law for the retirement of officers of the Marine Corps, in case a retiring board should find him incapacitated for active service, and that his incapacity is the result of an incident of service.
