R. 6817](/us/bill/68/hr/6817).][[Public, No. 308](/us/pl/68/308).] *Be. it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Coast Guard.Cutter for Alaskan waters authorized.*Post*, p. 1342. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to construct and equip one Coast Guard cutter, at a cost not to exceed $925,000, of appropriate design and special construction, for Coast Guard duty in Alaskan waters and for cruises into the Arctic Ocean to replace the cutter Bear, no longer suitable for such service. Approved, January 7, 1925.
