CHAP. 349.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act to authorize the incorporated town of Ketchikan, Alaska, to issue its bonds in any sum not to exceed $100,000 for the purpose of constructing a schoolhouse in said town and equipping the same,” approved February 7, 1920. June 7, 1924.[[H. R. 6255](/us/bill/68/hr/6255).][[Public, No. 271](/us/68/pl/271).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Ketchikan.
Alaska.Issue of bonds for schoolhouse by, authorized.Vol 41, p. 402, amended. That section 1 of the Act entitled “An Act to authorize the incorporated town of Ketchikan, Alaska, to issue bonds in any sum not exceeding $100,000 for the purpose of constructing a schoolhouse in said town and equipping the same,” be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows: " “Section 1. Amount increased. That the incorporated town of Ketchikan, Alaska, is hereby authorized and empowered to issue bonds in any sum not exceeding $150,000 for the purpose of constructing schoolhouses in said town and equipping the same.
” " Approved, June 7, 1924.
