CHAP. 347.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to The Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railroad Company, its successors and assigns, to construct a bridge across the Little Calumet River. February 26, 1925.[[H. R. 10412](/us/bill/68/hr/10412).][[Public, No. 486](/us/pl/68/486).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Little Calumet River.Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago, and St.Louis Railroad Company may bridge, Riverdale, Ill.
That the consentof Congress is hereby granted to The Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago, and St. Louis Railroad Company and its successors and assigns, toconstruct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches theretoacross the Little Calumet River at a point suitable to the interestsof navigation, at or near the village of Riverdale, in the county of Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.Cook, in the State of Illinois, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridgesover navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 26, 1925.
