CHAP. 343.— An Act To grant the consent of Congress to the Cincinnati, New Orleans, and Texas Pacific Railway Company to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Cumberland River, in the county of Pulaski, State of Kentucky, near the town of Burnside. June 7, 1924.[[S. 3380](/us/bill/68/s/3380).][[Public, No. 265](/us/68/pl/265).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Cumberland River.Cincinnati, New Orleans, and Texas Pacific Railway Com-pany may bridge, Burnside, Ky.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Cincinnati, New Orleans and Texas Pacific Kailway Company, lessee of the Cincinnati Southern Railway, and to its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and the approaches thereto, across the Cumberland River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in the county of Pulaski, in the State of Kentucky, near the town of Burnside, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 7, 1924.
