CHAP. 340.— An Act To amend an Act regulating the height of buildings in the District of Columbia, approved June 1, 1910. June 7, 1924.[[S. 3269](/us/bill/68/s/3269).][[Public, No. 262](/us/68/pl/262).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That an ActDistrict of Columbia.Height of buildings.Vol. 36, p. 454, amended. entitled “An Act to regulate the height of buildings in the District of Columbia,” approved June 1, 1910, be, and it is hereby, amended by adding at the end of paragraph 5 of said Act the following proviso:
" “*And provided further*, That a building be permitted to be erectedHeight allowed for addition to designated hotel building. to a height not to exceed one hundred and thirty feet on lots 15, 804, and 805, square 322, located on the southeast corner of Twelfth and E Streets northwest, said building to conform in height and to be used as an addition to the hotel building located to the east thereof on lot 18, square 322.” " Approved, June 7, 1924.
