CHAP. 331.— An Act For the relief of Michael Curran. February 25, 1925.[[H. R. 2419](/us/bill/68/hr/2419).][[Private, No. 192](/us/pvtl/68/192).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Michael Curran.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws Michael Curran shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the *Proviso*.No prior pay, etc.military service of the United States as a member of Company I, One hundred and fourteenth Ohio Volunteer Infantry: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or pension shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this bill.
