CHAP. 324.— An Act To amend an Act creating the Custer State Park Game Sanctuary in the State of South Dakota. That upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture the area designated as633the Custer State Park Game Sanctuary under the provisions of theEnlarging of, authorized.Vol. 41, p. 986, amended.*Post*, p. 1981.
Act of June 5, 1920 (Forty-first Statutes at Large, page 986), may by proclamation of the President be enlarged to embrace a total of not to exceed forty-six thousand acres, and the Act of June 5, 1920, shall otherwise apply with equal force to the additional area authorized by this Act. Approved, June 7, 1924.
