CHAP. 314.— Joint Resolution To authorize the American National Red Cross to continue the use of temporary buildings now erected on square numbered 172, Washington, District of Columbia. February 24, 1925.[[S. J. Res. 95](/us/bill/68/sjres/95).][[Pub. Res. No. 54](/us/bill/68/pubres/54).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That authority be,American Red Cross.Use of temporary buildings, Washington, D. C., by, may be continued.Vol. 40, p. 90. and is hereby, given to the central committee of the American National Red Cross to continue the use of such temporary buildings as are now erected upon square numbered 172, in the city of Washington, for the use of the American Red Cross in connection with its work in cooperation with the Government of the United States: *Provided*, That any building or buildings the use of which is extended*Provisos*.Final removal of buildings, etc. under this authority shall be removed and site or sites thereof placed in good condition not later than December 31, 1926: *Provided further*, That the United States shall be put to no expense of anyNo Government expense for. kind by reason of the exercise of the authority hereby conferred.
