CHAP. 31.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State of Alabama, through its highway department, to construct and maintain a bridge across the Coosa River at or near Leesburg, Alabama. R. 9518](/us/bill/68/hr/9518).][[Public, No. 304](/us/68/pl/304).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the consentCoosa River.Alabama may bridge, at Leesburg. of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Alabama, through its highway department, to construct and maintain a bridge and approaches thereto across the Coosa River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Leesburg, Alabama, inConstruction. accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act toVol. 34, p. 84. regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 7, 1925.
