CHAP. 297.— An Act authorizing the Secretary of War to permit the city of Vicksburg, Mississippi, to construct and maintain water mains on and under the National Cemetery Road at Vicksburg, Mississippi. June 7, 1924.[[H. R. 4816](/us/bill/68/hr/4816).][[Public, No. 219](/us/pl/68/219).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Vicksburg National Cemetery.Right of way granted to Vicksburg, Miss., through, for waterworks.
That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered, under such terms and conditions as are deemed advisable by him, to permit the city of Vicksburg, Mississippi, to construct, operate, and maintain water mains in connection with the waterworks of said city, on and under the National Cemetery Road at Vicksburg, Mississippi. Approved, June 7, 1924.
