CHAP. 296.— An Act For the relief of Russell Wilmer Johnson. February 21, 1925.[[H. R. 5061](/us/bill/68/hr/4610).][[Private, No. 189](/us/pvtl/68/189).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Unites States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration Russell Wilmer Johnson.Naval record corrected.of the pension laws Russell Wilmer Johnson, late a landsman-seaman in the United States Navy, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States: *Provided*, That the said Russell *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.Wilmer Johnson shall not, by the passage of this Act, be entitled to any back pay or allowances.
