CHAP. 290.— An Act To fix the time for holding the terms of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. February 21, 1925.[[H. R. 11474](/us/bill/68/hr/11474).][[Public, No. 446](/us/pl/68/446).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Virginia eastern judicial district.Terms at Alexandria.Vol. 40, p. 605, amended. That the terms of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria, shall hereafter be held at that city on the first Mondays in June and December of each year, instead of on the first Mondays in January and July of each year as heretofore.
