CHAP. 286.— An Act To authorize the appointment of Machinist Henry F. Mulloy, United States Navy, as an ensign in the regular Navy. February 21, 1925.[[H. R. 9308](/us/bill/68/hr/9308).][[Public, No. 442](/us/pl/68/442).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That theNavy.Henry F. Mulloy may be appointed ensign in. President of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, and without regard to age, Machinist Henry F.
Mulloy, United States Navy, to the grade of ensign in the regular Navy, to take rank from February 9, 1924, next after Ensign William A. Graham United States Navy. Approved, February 21, 1925.
