CHAP. 285.— An Act For the relief of the Eagle Pass Lumber Company, of Eagle Pass, Texas. June 6, 1924.[[H. R. 7122](/us/bill/68/hr/7122).][[Private, No. 50](/us/pvtl/68/50).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Eagle Pass Lumber Company.Refund of excess duties. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Eagle Pass Lumber Company, of Eagle Pass, Texas, the sum of $2,459.52, being refund of excess duties on certain shipments of ixtle twine from Mexico to the United States in 1918.
