CHAP. 280.— An Act For the relief of Gordon G. MacDonald. June 6, 1924.[[S. 1013](/us/bill/68/s/1013).][[Private, No. 45](/us/pvtl/68/45).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Navy.Gordon G. MacDonald placed on retired list. That Gordon G. MacDonald, who, while serving as a lieutenant, United States Naval Reserve Force, was found by a naval retiring board to be permanently incapacitated for active service by reason of physical disability incurred in the line of duty as a result of an incident of the service, in time of war, shall be eligible for retirement; and the President is hereby authorized to place him upon the retired list Rank, pay, etc.with the rank and three-quarters of the pay of the grade held by him at the time such physical disability was incurred.
